1. What food will you be describing?
-I will be describing the Samoan dessert called Ko-Pai !!


2. What are some special memories it has for you?
-Some of the memories it has for me is that, when my Aunty (Grandma's sister) could not make the Ko-Pai, we would go to my Grandma's in Waianae to make it and have a family gathering.
